Service Description
This class is suitable for anybody with experience in Pilates who wants to improve their strength and work at a slightly faster pace. Simple in format, the session will focus on endurance, with participants repeating blocks of work that target muscle groups in a variety of positions. Be ready for lots of moving around whilst paying attention to Pilates core principles to keep you safe. Modifications will be available, making it a good choice for anyone who wants that little bit extra in the winter months.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of class start time will be offered a full refund. Unfortunately cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded.
