Medical Screening Questionnaires
New clients are requested to complete a paper medical screening questionnaire (named the PAR-Q that is provided by the Register of Exercise Professionals). This is informs us whether exercise is safe for that individual or if any precautions need to be observed. Upon receipt, forms are securely stored in paper format solely for this purpose, and none of this information is ever exchanged between third parties, unless for medical purposes when consent will be requested in advance to liase with your named medical professional.

Class booking
The class booking system is provided by Wix and collects your name and email address as mandatory fields. This is so we can send you confirmation of your booking and are able to contact you should a cancellation need to be made. We also ask you whether you have a medical condition so we are able to adjust to your requirements and ensure the class you have booked is safe for you. This information is not passed to any third parties and is stored securely and electronically as part of the website contacts managements system.

Accessing your stored information
You have the right to access your stored information. Should you wish to do so please contact Espilates using the contact details on the website.
