Medical Screening Questionnaires

New clients are requested to complete a digital medical screening questionnaire. This is informs us whether exercise is safe for that individual or if any precautions need to be observed. Upon receipt, forms are securely stored on third party servers, and none of this information is ever exchanged, unless for medical purposes when consent will be requested in advance to liase with your named medical professional.

Class booking

The class booking system is provided by Wix and collects your name and email address as mandatory fields. This is so we can send you confirmation of your booking and are able to contact you should a cancellation need to be made. We also ask you whether you have a medical condition so we are able to adjust to your requirements and ensure the class you have booked is safe for you. This information is not passed to any third parties and is stored securely and electronically as part of the website contacts managements system.

Website payments

Payments being made online are either process via Paypal, Stripe or Square (depending on your chosen method). Security information for these payment providers is provided here:

Accessing your stored information

You have the right to access your stored information. Should you wish to do so please contact Espilates using the contact details on the website.

You also have a right to request your information is forgotten (or deleted). Should you want this to happen please also contact Espilates using the contact details on the website.

Mailing List Subscriptions

If you have subscribed to our mailing list, we will use your email address to send you marketing emails informing you of promotions, news and events. If you wish to unsubsrcibe from this at any point please use the link in the bottom or any emails your receive or email info@espilates.co.uk.

How long your personal information will be kept
 

We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or we are providing products or services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
