Service Description

Healthy HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise that uses timed intervals to work through a sequence of familiar movements. These movements are balanced with a Pilates-based recovery period to condition your body and help you recover with minimal injury risk. This type of exercise is renowned for it's ability to help boost your metabolism and burn calories, making it perfect for those wanting to improve their heart health and/or lose weight and improve muscle tone. Like Pilates, all movements used in this session are adaptable based on your experience level, and you have the option to move with no impact on your joints should you prefer. Unlike Pilates, as this is a cardiovascular session, therefore unfortunately you are not able to take part if you have a diagnosed heart condition (including blood-pressure related), or are awaiting any form of investigation relating to your heart health.

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of class start time will be offered a full refund. Unfortunately cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded.
