PERSONALISED SESSIONS
Personal training enables you to have a Pilates programme designed and delivered to meet your specific needs. This means sessions will focus on your personal goals so that you can measure your progress and see and feel results.
Sessions can be structured in accordance with your schedule and are usually delivered within the comfort of your home, with the option to use the class setting at a small additional cost should you prefer.

GETTING STARTED
Contact me via phone or email to arrange an initial consultation where we will discuss your goals, medical and fitness background (if any) and what you want from a personal programme.
PRICING
Each session is an hour in duration. You can pay as you go for £45 an hour, or pre-book a block of 6 for £220. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. All sessions take place within the comfort of your own home, or within the class setting (at a small additional cost).
TERMS
If you are unable to attend a pre-booked session you may cancel with 24 hours notice. Unfortunately cancellations within 24 hours of the session taking place will still be charged.
