PERSONALISED SESSIONS

Personal training enables you to have a Pilates programme designed and delivered to meet your specific needs. This means sessions will focus on your personal goals, so that you can measure your progress and see and feel results. 

 

Sessions can be structured in accordance with your schedule and delivered indoors or outdoors, adhering to social distancing measures and without sharing equipment so you have piece of mind regarding safety.

GETTING STARTED

Contact me via phone or email to arrange an initial consultation where we will discuss your goals, medical and fitness background (if any) and what you want from a personal programme.

PRICING

Each session is an hour in duration. You can pay as you go for £35 an hour, or pre-book a block of 6 for £180 or 12 for £300. Payment can be made by cash or card at your session. All sessions take place within the comfort of your own home. 

TERMS

If you are able to attend a pre-booked session you may cancel with 24 hours notice. Unfortunately cancellations within 24 hours of the session taking place will still be charged,
