Barre Burn is a hybrid workout combining elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training, using a chair for stability. It focuses on small, high-repetition movements to build strength, tone muscles, and improve flexibility, particularly in the core, glutes, and legs alongside great results for improving your posture. This method targets stabilising muscles and promotes a mind-body connection through a focus on form, alignment, and core engagement. This class is suitable for anybody with an existing level of fitness and aims to challenge!
