WEEKEND PILATES RETREAT

Situated in a stunning location close to Chatsworth and Bakewell,
The Cattle Shed, Grindleford is the unique, luxury venue becoming home
to the third Espilates weekend retreat.
Its amazing location provides a magnificent place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Peak District National Park at a wonderful time of year, and enjoy a host of enriching Pilates classes.
The 11 beautifully appointed en-suite rooms and open plan lounge/dining room with spectacular views across the Hope Valley make it the perfect space to relax, recharge and rejuvenate.
When not participating in unique Pilates sessions, guests can take advantage of
the great local pubs and restaurants in the area and explore the stunning
surroundings. There’s also a fabulous sun terrace with barbecue and fire pit,
and numerous breath taking walks in the vicinity.
Facilities and food
11 en-suite twin or king occupancy bedrooms.
Open plan lounge with integrated bar and dining, and panoramic views.
16m long studio.
South facing terraces with barbecue and fire-pit.
Laundry with washing and drying facilities.
Towels and linens provided.
Self service breakfast from a fully stocked kitchen.
All evening meals provided (cold buffet on arrival night, Saturday night barbecue overlooking the stunning views (weather permitting), Sunday evening Indian banquet).
Lunch is not provided to give guests the opportunity to explore local eateries.
Tea and coffee provided, alcoholic beverages can be bought at the guests discretion.
Timetable and teachers
We run 7 optional mat classes over 3 days, each with a different focus and ample free time between to explore and relax! The sessions give the opportunity to improve on existing foundations and explore new themes, and are grouped to suit experience and individual needs where appropriate. We cater for all abilities, from beginner to advanced, and everyone is welcome including friends and partners who don’t attend class.
Eloise and Isaura are your hosts, both of whom have trained with the prestigious Joanne Cobbe of JPilates London. Those attending the retreat can tap into their experience that spans an extensive portfolio of group classes, clients, and work with specialist populations. Classes will be choreographed to draw on their specific individual interests and areas of expertise, and guests have the option of receiving
1-2-1 training at a small additional cost should they want to enhance their Pilates experience.
Booking and pricing
3 nights dinner, bed and breakfast: £399 per person (twin or king en-suite shared room).
Arrivals from 4pm on Friday 15th May.
Departures by 10am on Monday 18th May (although guests are welcome to leave after dinner on the Sunday night to allow for a Monday return to work should they prefer).
£150 deposit per person is required at the time of booking, with final balance payable by 20/03/20.
5% early bird discount if the balance is settled before 28/02/20.
An hour 1-2-1 session is an additional £25 and must be booked in advance.
Both solo and duo travellers are welcome.
Solo travellers will be paired in a same-sex twin room, and duos can request either a twin or king size bed set-up. A single supplement of £150 applies for those not wanting to share.
