2019 saw a very crisp yet warm welcome for 21 pilates enthusiasts at the cattle shed near grindleford.

 

over the 3 night stay we learned how to personalise our pilates experience, make our own pilates equipment, and explore movement patterns we develop as babies...plus we had a master class in stretching, using foam rollers in ways we didn't expect...and ended it all with 34 classic moves like we've never done them before.
