Remember, even if you are very experienced it doesn't mean you won't get something from a different level of class. Sometimes we will benefit as much from a relaxational focus as we will from a strength based class depending on how we feel that day. 

STRETCH AND RELAX

Are you feeling tight from too much sitting down and periods of inactivity? This class by Isaura is the perfect tonic. Focus on releasing your hips and upper back, and enjoying full body flowing movement to bring a sense of mental and physical wellbeing.

GLOW WITH THE FLOW

This challenging yet satisfying session will leave you with a spring in your step! Exercises are choreographed in blocks of 2 with seamless transitions allowing you to really find your flow!  Plus there's some very deep stretches to leave you nice and limber, as well as feeling strong. 

INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED

TOWEL ASSISTED RELEASE

Who needs a resistance band when you have a hand towel?! In this session we use exactly that to enable you to facilitate deeper movement and stretches and work on the fundamentals of Pilates. This class is accessible to beginners but suitable for everyone who wants a nice satsifying release.

Feel the power within and meet your ultimate challenge with the original, classic mat repertoire exactly as Mr Pilates intended it to be. A great opportunity to practice harder to reach moves and really challenge your strength and flexibility.

Develop stability in order to support your spine, and create strength and tone in the centre of your body with this stomach focused class by Isaura.

Round and round we go! Loosen your back in hard to reach places, improve stooped posture and create movement in your hip and shoulder joints in this fun and playful session that will leave you feeling well oiled and ready to go.

Sick of sitting or lying down? Barre is for you! The ultimate challenge for your lower body, this standing class will leave you feeling the burn and a sense of accomplishment whilst still working on Pilates fundamentals of control, precision and flow.
