WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
My group Pilates classes are warm and friendly environments, where there's no reservation of mats and you can be sure to find a smiling welcome! They are split according to experience level so you can ensure you work at a level that is right for your body and exercise needs.
I only allow a maximum of 12 participants, so you will always get a watchful eye to make sure you are doing things correctly - and there's plenty of room to move.
If you are looking for a well rounded, engaging Pilates experience (I develop new classes on a weekly basis), then a group class setting will work for you.
This is a great option if you have a more specific goal in mind, or have particular needs that need to be addressed before entering a class environment. This could be due to chronic illness, recent surgery, injury, or lack of confidence.
All sessions are executed in the comfort of your own home, and there is a goal setting exercise prior to commencing your programme to ensure a successful outcome.
Personal training doesn't just have to be an individual experience. You can work as part of a duo, with the dog, or even with your children present!
