The summer season is a fantastic opportunity to feel the benefits of a personal or small group training regime, delivered safely by observing social distancing and safety protocols in an outdoor environment (your garden or a local park).
Your sessions can be tailored individually and delivered 1-2-1, or shared with others (with a maximum group size of 4).
You will be required to provide your own equipment (for safety reasons), and be given all the help and support you need to see and feel a difference Pilates can make!

The process is simple: We arrange a convenient time to talk through your requirements, goals and expectations and understand your current exercise habits. Then we agree a time and a place to start, and away you go!
Session are sold in blocks of 4 for £100, and are 1 hour in duration.
They include access to our video channel for the duration of the period of time we work together.
If you are already a video channel subscriber you will receive a code for a free month's use.
If you choose to work in a small group, common goals will be identified and the cost can be shared.
